At Enugu Welfare and Cultural Foundation, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families of Enugu origin living in the North West of England who face social and economic disadvantage. Our mission is to provide education, mentoring, career support, and leadership opportunities that enable people to overcome barriers, address their needs, and participate fully in society. We use cultural engagement only as a means of strengthening inclusion and community bonds, never as an end in itself.

Our Mission

Our mission is to prevent and relieve the effects of social and economic exclusion among people of Enugu origin living in the North West of England.
We do this by providing education, mentoring, skills development, career support, and leadership opportunities that empower individuals to overcome barriers, address their needs, and participate fully in society.

Our Programmes

Mentoring and Personal Support

Our mentoring programme connects experienced community members with those facing disadvantage. Through guidance and encouragement, mentors help individuals build self-confidence, set realistic goals, and integrate more effectively into society.

Building Inclusion Together

We run initiatives that encourage collaboration and mutual support among people of Enugu origin in the North West of England. These activities help individuals who are socially or economically disadvantaged to share experiences, solve problems together, and strengthen their ability to participate fully in society.

Education and Skills Development

We provide training and resources for people of Enugu origin living in the North West of England who face social and economic disadvantage. Our programmes focus on building confidence, developing essential skills, and opening opportunities for education and work. Sessions include digital literacy, project management, and financial planning, all designed to help individuals overcome barriers and participate fully in society.
